Splints

Cosmetic Dental Design offers 3D Printed Occlusal splints utilising the Keystone printed material. This cutting-edge material is designed to relax at body temperature, reduce the discomfort and sometimes “orthodontic” feel to traditional splints.

Full Dentures

A full denture can transform a patient's life. Cosmetic Dental Designs acrylic dentures are made from high impact acrylic, processed through the Ivobase system.

  • For patients with no remaining dentition.
  • Custom Fitted Acrylic to contour to the shape of your mouth.
  • Patient has the freedom to choose their desired shade of denture teeth.
  • Provides support to the tissue and bone to help prevent resorption of the anatomy.
  • A reline of the tissue profile is required every 2-4 years is required to preserve the integrity of the denture.

Partial Chrome Dentures

The Rolls Royce of Partial Dentures. Exceptionally strong and light weight, our CADCAM technicians will design and laser print your chrome framework before processing your new acrylic denture teeth to the frame to complete your new smile.

  • Used to replace missing teeth by designing a denture around the teeth you have remaining.
  • 3D Cad Designed Custom Chrome Framework.
  • Metal Clasps for retention.
  • Acrylic Denture teeth (Teeth can be added if your circumstance changes with time).
  • Light Weight and smaller coverage then a standard acrylic Denture.
  • A longer treatment plan due to the construction of the chrome framework.
  • The partial denture that should give you the greatest lifespan.

Flexible Dentures

These metal free restorations are the most aesthetic partial denture option. Either processed our milled from our CNC Milling machines, these tooth or pink tissue coloured denture frames blend seamlessly with your teeth and gingiva to disguise clasps where metal would previously be visible.

  • Used to replace missing teeth by designing a denture around the teeth you have remaining.
  • Either made from Acetal or ValPlast “flexible” material.
  • Designed to engage the natural undercuts in your teeth.
  • Can be made in smaller sections than traditional partial dentures.
  • Clasps can be tooth coloured or gingival coloured. Teeth Cannot be added to these materials.

Partial Acrylic Dentures

These products are an affordable option to replace missing teeth. Our onsite technicians can produce these in a short time frame due to their simplicity.

  • Used to replace missing teeth by designing a denture around the teeth you have remaining.
  • Acrylic base.
  • Optional metal wire for strength.
  • Metal clasps for retention.
  • Acrylic denture teeth (Teeth can be added if your circumstance changes with time).
  • Often used for temporary denture solutions.

Immediate Dentures

No need for concern, these Dentures are made prior to surgery and are designed specifically to be inserted into the mouth on the same day the tooth or teeth are removed. 


  • These are dentures made for patients requiring tooth removal and/or emergency dentures.
  • Impressions are taken of your mouth prior to Surgery.
  • 3D Scans are often utilised if your teeth are mobile and unable to have traditional impressions.
  • Partial Immediate dentures can either be made of acrylic or Flexible materials.
  • Full Immediate Dentures are made from Acrylic only.
  • These dentures will often need multiple Relines, and in some cases, a re-base depending on how much your soft tissue profile changes after surgery.
  • Please note that flexible dentures made from ValPlast are unable to be relined.
  • A “soft-lining” reline can be used as a short term fix to correct movement in dentures whilst you are healing.
  • The healing process can take up to 6 months depending on your situation and the extent of your surgery.

Denture Relines

Don’t throw away a perfectly good denture just because it doesn’t fit like it used to. Soft tissue and bone changes with time, and a reline to a denture is recommended every 2-4 years. A reline to adapt your existing denture to your new soft tissue may be all you need to extend your denture’s life.

  • This is the process of adding acrylic to the fitting surface of your denture to correct any movement or fit issues that have developed over time.
  • These can be done in the same day to avoid the embarrassment of having no dentures to eat or smile.
  • Extends the life of your existing Denture.

Denture Repairs

Accidentally drop, break, or pop a tooth off your denture? Same day repairs are available to get you out of trouble.

  • Most Repairs can be resolved on the same day.
  • Correct Broken Dentures.
  • Replace snapped clasps.
  • Re-process acrylic denture teeth to the denture.
  • Add additional teeth to an existing denture.
